「We stayed a week in the Exe Macarena [for the first time though we are fro travellers to Seville]. On the + front, the rooftop pool was great and at the weekend the rooftop bar was open, which was also great. Cleaning staff were great and the breakfast was great. Negatives: the tv has no English channels; the bedroom walls have ZERO soundproofing - we were in room 473 and we had a Mexican-style trumpet and shouting for two nights; the minibar was tiny and useless for holding water; no water was...

「我们定的三人间，赶脚就是标间加了个床，距离老城区有点远，倒是凑个步数了，每天2万多步，好停车是唯一的优点。停了两天收费18欧元，和后来比较算是比较便宜的了。」

「Staff not helpful and not customer orientated. And there are so many issues and Problems with the guest room: 1. Upon arrival, the first one assigned to me with Aircon problem and take one hour for the hotel staff to acknowledge and offer to change room. But they only gave us 5 mins to repack my stuff to go to another one. 2. With second room, the wardrobe’s door cannot completed open. It is a bit blocked by the small cabinet next to bed. 3. The door for the mini bar fridge is kind of broken....

「Terrible service - The reception lady was extremely unhelpful and showed zero sympathy to me, an ill guest. I got fever and was very sick. Thus, I wanted to order room service (even though my room is right next to the hotel cafe - you can picture how uncomfortable i was). When i dialled the number on the menu, it got to the reception. The reception lady insisted me to dial the number again, which i did and it is the same. First, the lady told me she did not know the room service number -...

「地理位置十分方便，無論購物或觀光都可以步行到達，酒店兩旁除了傳統西班牙餐廳外，係有中國菜及日本菜選擇。 但酒店設備裝置不太完善，浴室淋浴間漏水到外面，抽氣扇換氣量不足，洗澡後牆壁及地面會出現水漬，洗面盆冷熱水安裝位置錯誤，容易被熱水灼傷。 入住時前台建議用10歐羅升級套房，可惜房間是2樓和窗戶是向着後巷，完全不能享受西班牙冬日陽光及戶外環境。 但整體感覺良好，建議大家可以入住。 」
