“Hotel is in a great location. Close enuf to walk down the riverwalk and far enuf to avoid the chaos of the nightlife. Booking our vacation through a third party there was confusion finding our reservations. Thankfully we checked ahead of time and the confusion was remedied. But upon arrival there was still confusion as to whether I still owed money or not. Had to show proof of the reservation made by the manager that got cleared up. Also, I used a cc for incidentals and was asked for a PIN? Not……

“Nice property everything is walking distance”

“Water slides were great. However, for three days, I had to call to get our room cleaned and towels replaced. We left in the morning and when we returned 4 or 5 pm, our room was not done. We did not have the “privacy” sign on the door.”

“The location is excellent, right in the center of the Riverwalk, which is very convenient, but the service was terrible. I booked a room with two beds, but they gave me a room with only one king-size bed. We stayed for three nights, and on the first night, the water pressure was extremely low, making it almost impossible to shower. We reported the issue to customer service the next day, but the repair attempt was ineffective. We reported the problem again that evening, and only after making……

“The resort is relaxing and the pools are terrific. Places to eat were excellent from causual lunches to refined dining. Upgraded my room to the adult 7th floor and was treated to breakfast of quiche, croissants, esspresso and evening happy hour of beer and wine with a tray of cheeses, meats, nuts and fruits. Had a great vacation and needed escape.”

“This place is hip and very fun! The Corinne restaurant has great food, but the service is very slow! I took my 4 month old malti-poo and he was welcomed so lovingly! They need a pet relief area that is not across the street. The hotel is walking distance to the riverwalk and everything! The staff is so helpful! I lived the stay!”
