“As the advertising stated the property was "Luxurious Chalets." Upon arriving they were far from luxurious. Arriving for check in about ten10 minutes early, we stood around no one appeared. The surrounding grounds that were once beautiful but now very overgrown in in desperate need of maintenance. The cabins were very clean but very small, almost too small for 2 people. No where to store suitcases. All the basic requirements except clothes dryer. Very small screen and not a smart……

“A complete disconnect from what is shown. Dark, gloomy, Mitch, small and cramped. The welcome link is broken, no guide with the WiFi instructions. No way to contact the absent manager. No smoke detector in the bedroom, and stuffy air (no makeup air.) We couldn’t sleep, it was just a terrible disappointment.”

“The washing machine is inside the toilet while the tumble dryer is located far away at the garage. It is difficult to bring the washing from the washing machine to the dryer. ”

“This is a magnificent property in a quiet street, yet only a short stroll from the heart of Bright. Has all the amenities to make your stay truly home from home. Such a warm and friendly welcome from Marco who showed us around the property and had put the heating on prior to our arrival so the home felt so warm and cosy. Would highly recommend…amazing bird life to watch from the back decking!!”
