“While the room, staff, food & comfort were good, there were several power failures, & the steps up to the hotel were dangerous especially when it rained & there was no handrail for support. ”

The service was really slow… and at times there was no response ( example- in my 6 days of stay they didn’t replace my faulty hair dryer) 3. The elevators and in general all the rooms had a particular stink… The guy in charge though, Suraj was a good and helpful person but I don’t think he knows the competence of the staff. Well now he will know. They have.a taxi service - please don’t use it if the guy incharge is Rajan Singh who……

“This is not hotel. Seems like a Airbnb. Very disappointed abot the services. I never stayed this kind of hotel my life. No restaurant, pool or Gym, but saying 4 Star. It is a house converted 8 room hotel. Don't be a stupid that everything pictures saying as a perfect. I don't know why website saying Four Star. Only one person take caring the hotel and one person helping. The perso on help desk very nice person, he is doing everything by himself I would never recommend as 2 star. Very……

“This is a new hotel that has just opened and still work in process. One day the hot water was not there and the next day no cold water. The T.V requires an engineering degree to operate. They charged me for breakfast although I showed the reservation which included breakfast. The employees were friendly and wanted to help If you have other choices wait until they get their act together.”
