「Staff and Food stood out. Room quality needs more work. 」

「とても良いホテルでした。スタッフは親切で丁寧でした。唯一、残念だったのが部屋のトイレの水が流れる音です。何かの栓がきちんと閉まっていないのか、トイレから水が垂れる音がずっとしていました。寝る時も音がしていたので神経質な人は寝られないかもしれません。 (316の部屋です)」

「While the room, staff, food & comfort were good, there were several power failures, & the steps up to the hotel were dangerous especially when it rained & there was no handrail for support. 」

「We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Also free boat ride from the hotel property allowed us to see the entire views of all famous ghats. The restaurant staff Sandeep and Brijesh provided over and above best services. We will visit the Haveli again in the future. 」

「Great location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Contact them on Whatsapp to arrange a car to and from airport to the ferry at Namo Ghat. Only issue was the breakfast was not super great. Rest of food was excellent 」

「This is not hotel. Seems like a Airbnb. Very disappointed abot the services. I never stayed this kind of hotel my life. No restaurant, pool or Gym, but saying 4 Star. It is a house converted 8 room hotel. Don't be a stupid that everything pictures saying as a perfect. I don't know why website saying Four Star.
