The check out process was confusing as the app gave ambiguous directions. Luckily when calling their helpline, the agent could walk me through the process. Overall the stay was pleasant and I most likely would stay there again."

Answered the questions we had with a smile, and informed us of all amenities and things we could use during our stay. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning! It was spotless, rooms were clean and had very comfortable beds. We were absolutely pleased with our stay, and will be booking here again when in Fort Worth!"
