Great stay with great amenities at this hotel. Staff was incredibly polite and helpful. I had a club room with lounge access, and there was confusion by the staff when I asked about when the happy hour and hors d'oeuvres were going to be served (they said they didn't do that) but the food ended up being served so that's fine. The lounge access was phenomenal, the valet very helpful, and I'll stay at the Sheraton again!
