「We were lucky to get an upgrade to a villa with private pool which was amazing. Great views both from the room and the breakfast area. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious room with good AC. Clean and spacious private pool which we loved. The happy hour was nice too. Very quiet during the night, and very relaxing property overall. Would stay again!」

And when we got to the pools both of them were filled a good 10cm below the skimmers which made them both full of small leaves and debris. One of them was greenish and not clear. At dinner, we had to send back the octopus...

「El Guayacan is a small, beautifully designed hotel just minutes from Zipolite and Mazunte beaches. The rooms are individually decorated with premium touches, the pool and garden are lovely, and the hosts make you feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, boutique escape in Oaxaca!」
