This is a beautiful resort in a beautiful location. We found however compared to all inclusive resorts in other countries, the staff just had no desire to please the guests. 「Our overall experience was unfortunately disappointing.
The positives: beautiful location, nice pool area, excellent natural surroundings and beach.
Language barrier: Very few staff members spoke English, which made communication unnecessarily difficult. We do not expect every staff member in Brazil to speak English, but at least the front desk.

「The room was clean and in excellent condition, with beverages available all day in the minibar.
