"The property was overall really nice. Rooms were in good condition and clean. The staff were helpful when we interacted with them. The location is great right in the heart of the city. The biggest thing that I noticed was that the hot tub was missing quite a few tiles and a few of the jets were broken. "

"One bedroom suite is very good,clean and tidy. The only thing is parking is off site and no restaurants available in the hotel.Having said that,there’s a lot of restaurants around the area. Overall,excellent place for a staycation."

"Excellent docklands location, Pool was wonderful, customer service was good except the staff member on the buffet breakfast, he was outstanding, really friendly and explained everything available to us, was very warm and welcoming. Everything was pretty clean and the pool was wonderful. Only feedback would be to ensure the pool lounges have been cleaned of mess in the afternoon and the check in staff should let people checking in of the promotions available for guests to take care of eg 50% credit at Archie brothers. Overall really wonderful stay! "
