“El hotel está nuevo y tiene muy buenas instalaciones. Pero el servicio de los restaurantes es muy tardado. La comida es buena. Les falta un directorio de extenciones en el teléfono de la habitación. Se ve que el personal se está acoplando a la apertura del hotel. Felicidades está muy bonito y de alta calidad el hotel y a muy buen precio.”

Room and property spotless clean, great night turndown service and superb food. Staff always ready to help and will go the extra mile to accomodate for special requests. “The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service. I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own. The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. It’s pretty gross showering with feet submerged in used soapy water tha should just drain.……

“This property is tucked away in a quiet area of San Miguel de Allende. Mauricio met us at the door and helped us get our bags to our room. He was very friendly and helpful. He went over the breakfast schedule and stayed in constant communication with us throughout. ”
