“Amazing place. We loved the atmosphere, food and live performances. The water aerobic at the lagoon pool was awesome too. Our 4 year old had the best time at the daily kids disco and enjoyed his activities at the roxity kids club. It’s a top place for teens too. Everyone was very nice and the hotel was super clean at all times. ”

“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“Wir nutzten dieses Hotel für die Anreise und Abreise wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen. Das Frühstück war üppig, Personal sehr freundlich. Der Hafen ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Jede Menge Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.
Sollte ich noch einmal nach Teneriffa kommen wohne ich in diesem Hotel.”

“das zimmer war sehr schön und gross. leider war kein Kingsize bett enthalten sondern zwei einzelne Betten die schnell auseinander gleiten.
die Lautstärke von schreienden Kindern und dem benachbarten Hard Rock Hotel waren manchmal störend.
Das Personal war stets höflich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war auch ausserordentlich sehr früh möglich. mir fehlte eine schuhbürste da die Insel sehr staubig ist.”
