“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! ”

“Vacances de luxe pendant lesquelles le personnel de ce superbe hôtel à la déco magnifique est constamment aux petits soins pour les clients. Tout est classé 5 étoiles comme l'hôtel, de l'accueil, au petit déjeuner, à la chambre en passant par la piscine sans oublier le roof top. Si il faut trouver du négatif, je dirais 3 cafards trouvés à la tombé de la nuit et les bains de soleil de la piscine que certains s'approprient du matin au soir en laissant quelques objets sans valeur dessus……

“We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment/villa with its own private swimming pool. The bedrooms are both big and have ensuites and are separated by an internal patio. The tall ceilings make the spaces feel really luxurious. We travelled as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and one night we also accommodated an extra adult on the sofa bed. We loved the are - really easy to walk to Arguniguin for the beach and local dining options. The onsite shop was also really well stocked. Staff were really……

“I don’t think the suite was worth the extra money. The sitting room lacked comfort- seemed like they didn’t know what to do with it. Could have been a really comfortably use. Surprised that there is no dressing table. And no mirror in the bedroom. Only by the front door. Unique pros and cons Pro Breakfast. Sit down service is great food great quality. Spa voucher- must go. Was great and well thought out spa. Designated pool is a nice touch - but not the best pool at the hotel Cons Priority……
