「They need to renovate all floors below floor 6. It is very deceiving especially if you have booked a sea view room and you are in a room below floor 6. All the rooms on these floors are very outdated! even the foyers on each floor. Both parts to the hotel from floor 1-6 and above are completely different. You go from old fashioned, dark and dingy, to light, modern, nice tech.」

「Lovely hotel and staff were great. The hotel is super clean and bar/restaurants are well stocked. However I would recommend looking at this sister hotel next door if, like us, you are not traveling with kids as there are no child free areas and it did get quite loud. Even though there is a no reserving sun bed policy it is not enforced but there are plenty of beds to choose from if like us you are not someone who wants to get up early to put your towel on a bed. For us the beds were a little too...

「Over all hotel is nice , Everyone working here was nice and kind . Anyhow for 5 star hotel shower enclosure is only 2 stars…. It is no door from living area to the bathroom,so it is crazy cold when you get out from the shower, and enclosure itself is ridiculously uncomfortable, Other thing -guests are allowed to smoke in a balcony,no separation between smoking and nonsmoking rooms,so you will smell disgusting cigarette smoke all day long… Also -5 star hotel does not have heated pool ,so October...

「We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent...
