"Great location if you want to stay in the old town. The property and rooms are very beautiful also very private. However it is the staff that really make this a wonderful place to stay. They are so helpful and kind."

"The hardware of this hotel is good but staff are not very customer oriented except for the front office manager called Candy. She's very helpful and has very good customer service skills. Avoid rooms facing entrance, its very noisy at night because other tourists are dragging their luggage onto the stone pavement right outside the entrance . Our room came with breakfast but it is not worth getting up for. The breakfast room is not inside the hotel and is down the road in another building....
