「Das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und immer gut gelaunt. Der Pool hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und war von der Größe her, für ein Hotel in der Stadt, ausreichend groß.
Der Liegebereich am Meer könnte schöner gestaltet werden. Das Betonplateau ist leider ziemlich hässlich und für ein Hotel dieser Sternekategorie nicht annehmbar,der Einstieg über die Leiter ins Meer schwierig.
Gut gefallen hat uns das Frühstück und die Nähe zum Hafen ,Restaurant.」

We’ve just returned from a stay at Enorme Santanna Island Resort and overall had a lovely holiday, but there were a few things that stopped it from being a full 5-star experience.
Starting with the positives — the staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The rooms and hotel grounds were spotless and very well maintained. The complex itself is huge, with plenty of space and beautiful sunset...

「Wirklich ein ausserordentlich gut geführtes Hotel. Essen auf Spitzenklasse, bester Service, perfekt gestaltete Anlage direkt am Wasser. Zwei Dinge, die man (v.a. in der Nebensaison) wissen muss: die Bungalows sind eher dunkel (keine Fenster) und klein. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt.」

「The hotel is located in an absolutely beautiful place, with stunning surroundings and breathtaking views. The entire property is exceptionally well maintained, and it is clear that attention has been paid to every detail. Complimentary yoga sessions were perfect. The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to relax, unwind, and truly enjoy a peaceful getaway.」
