“An older hotel that smells like a laundry mat. The room has a strong cleaning supply odor. I tried to open a window to get some fresh air in but it was sealed shut. The employees were nice and it had the best tv I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The blanket was old and thin.”

“Rooms was terrible, had to charge rooms. Second floor room smelled like mildew. First floor room were we stayed had a bad foot odor smell in the room, food debris was on carpet, floor was not vacuumed, bathroom floor has some brown smugs on floor and the bad smell coming from the air conditioner. We purchased cleaning items, mop, pinesol, disinfectant spray and cleaned our room. Our room smelled much better. We did not sleep under the covers on the beds, we brought throw blankets and slept……

“Dirty sheets, and employee got an attitude because we asked to hand them changed. Completely ignored us as he yanked the sheets off the bed. All we asked was if they were going to change the sheets…. Never answered us and my husband asked several times. We immediately checked right back out and got a full refund.”
