"Beautiful. luxurious, quiet hotel without a casino is everything I hoped for and got and more. Staff, service, bar none. Great location for quiet rest. Our spacious Room had a fab view of the Strip. Great beds, pillows, room had fridge, stove top, microwave, coffee maker, nice furniture, beautiful marble bathroom, very large shower! this is a perfect place to stay if you like luxury, marble, gold, crystal chandeliers, quiet beautiful smooth jazz playing, awesome scent of pine when you enter...

"The property was great. The reception staff could use some work. I booked my hotel, paid for, three months in advance. We checked in around 1130pm, after calling them multiple times to ensure the two queen and sofa bed would be ready etc. to find out that she said we are limited on two queen beds right now … very confused as to how a booking that was confirmed and paid for three Months prior with 4 confirmed guests in the room are being told That their room is limited? Waited almost 45 minutes...

"Excellent stay overall. My only negative with this being a 5-star resort, is that I expect daily housekeeping not just once per stay. Quick daily checks for toilettries /towels would make a big impact. That aside, Palazzo was fantastic. Pool areas are absolutely gorgeous Restaurants are great and casino is noticably much less smokey than others. Palazzo far exceeds most other resorts on the strip and does not disappoint. We will definitely be back. "
