“Fabulously friendly and relaxing hotel! Thank you!”

“Staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble, facilities were excellent the whole hotel was immaculate. Food at breakfast and evening meals 5 star. We would highly recommend.”

“The friendly staff are the only saving grace of this property. The hotel is very run-down and in desperate need of a full renovation. Having no running water for two days during our stay made for an unacceptable experience. To top it off, the location is inconvenient, and the hotel enforces a bizarre policy banning guests from ordering online food delivery to their rooms—something standard in almost every country we've visited. Between the infrastructure failures and restrictive rules, I cannot……

“Disappointing Stay at Hôtel The Bird – Marrakech Unfortunately, our four-day stay at Hôtel The Bird was far below expectations. First, there was virtually no water in the bathroom, just a tiny trickle from the tap and shower. We reported this, but nothing was done. We were given excuses, first suggesting the gardener had used too much water, and later explaining that construction work involving a septic tank was taking place outside. As paying guests, we should not have to deal with these……

“The camp was beautiful. The tent is truly 5 stars. The breakfast was amazing. The only downside is that you have to go to the Barcelo resort for lunch and dinner, and unfortunately we didn’t like the food. We would’ve liked to eat traditional marrocan food but the restaurant was closed our only night there and on the hotel app, it stated opened so we waited until our reservation to realize it was closed. My kids really enjoyed the kids club”

“The outside is very nice and calm. The rooms are outdated, not ”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here; it was perfect for a relaxing, slow-paced solo holiday. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very helpful, providing excellent customer service. Food is important to me on holiday, and the food here was delicious—especially the fresh local dishes. The only small improvement I would suggest is more hanging space in the rooms for clothes, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.”

“ok”
