“Excellent resort. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was amazing. Would highly recommend”

“Super lækker oplevelse og alt i alt et rigtigt dejlig sted med gode faciliteter og service.”

“Det absoluta höjdpunkten var frukosten — den var super bra! Ett stort och generöst utbud med både varmt och kallt, färska råvaror och massor att välja mellan. Personalen var vänlig och tillmötesgående, rummet var mysigt och rent, och som barnfamilj kände vi oss verkligen välkomna. Vi rekommenderar hotellet varmt och kommer gärna tillbaka!”

“Wonderful stay! Perfect location with so much to do in the area. The hotel had everything we needed and more!”

“Beautiful property, delicious meals, lovely staff.”

“Better than I ever expected. Modern gorgeous luxury. Food views and amenities were 5 star. ”

“BE CAREFUL! I booked this hotel for three nights back on August 27 of 2025, several months in advance of my Feb. 16th, 2026 check-in date. The agreed upon rate after tax was C$2,690.40. At time of checkout, the hotel charged me €2690.40. When I brought this back up with the hotel, they denied responsibility. This is a corrupt business which lacks integrity, and will take every opportunity to try and take advantage of its unsuspecting clients. Predatory. Transactional.”

“The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room……
