“This property had its day but long passed now. The spa area is very dirty. Unscrubbed tiles, unkempt grounds & outdoor common areas. The thermal pools were lukewarm, dirty, & jets not fully functioning. The lobby area and dining room are nice but staff is rude and haughty with the impression they are still in the grandiose days of yore.”

“Room was dated. There was a huge data breach by the hotel and scammers kept contacting me knowing my name and dates of stay and trying to get me to enter my card details. Shower door was broken and the hotel had carpet which was quite gross. The view out the window was awful too. Me and my friends booked separately and there was no link to eachother but before we arrived the hotel called me and asked when my friend was arriving which was odd, their data security is extremely poor.
