8/10 Good
"The room looked very clean until we pulled the bed out of the couch and found old wrapers and crumbs. Other then that everything was great including the breakfast and the pool area. Would stay again. The biggest thing I loved about the stay was they had a parking garage to park in. Yes it does cost to stay in it but I'd pay it to keep my vehicle safe and not have to fight for a street parking that u have to Pay for every 4 hours."

Modern Oasis: 2-Story Loft, 2bd/2bth Downtown

8/10 Good
"Our stay at the loft was overall wonderful. Pack lightly or be prepared to make multiple trips up and down as there weren’t any carts for luggage. It was a little confusing to get the loft, but the directions were clear and we eventually figured it out. With it being a loft, with very high ceilings, it echoes. Noise travels very easily. The host, Dan, was very responsive and kind. If we ever have another visit into downtown Des Moines, we would gladly stay here again."
