「Everything at this Hotel is amazing. I took my wife here for our 49th Anniversary, for a 2 night break and our Honeymoon Suite was fabulous. Great views over the hills. Room was spotless and comfortable. All staff were really helpful, but I must mention, Michael who was here there and everywhere and on hand when you needed him. Comfortable bed good shower in terms of water pressure and adjustability Could benefit from not having the big lip to step out the shower. Breakfast was basic but a good thing to have included. 「A pleasant hotel on the top of the hills. The service was very good. One morning my breakfast was delayed due to a conference and I was given that on the house. The room looked a bit worn but pleasant and comfortable enough. My only criticism was the £100 damages deposit that they ask for upfront. I have never been to a hotel that asks for that.」

「We had a very nice stay at Innovation House, we were there for the football with Turf Moor being really close. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and warm. The bathroom was nice and the shower was very good. Communication with the host was excellent. Our only criticism was there wasn’t any soap/liquid soap in the bathroom and as a result we had to use our shower gel to wash our hands.」
