「We had a slight problem that went on for a couple of days but the property manager was exceptional in continually trying to get things corrected. And she did. Outstanding communication and very quick reactions. Best ever. The apartment was great also. The entire Yoo Building is amazing.」

「Check in was fine as usual but there was no hot water (plumbing issues). We said no worries just a couple free drinks. I was given a $15.00 credit voucher . However I would have received that voucher anyway from Wyndham rewards and would have used it towards lunch or dinner at the hotel. So even though they said yes we will give you a voucher for free drinks they actually only gave me my Wyndham voucher. Maybe they thought we wouldn't see that it was a Wyndham rewards. 」
