We arrived by train so it was good that the hotel was so close to the station. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and efficient, and it was an easy walk into the centre of town.

Pretty nice renovated room, but it was very warm. The staff was helpfull, adressed the room temperature and had a parking spot reserved (parking in the garage was a bit expensive, but an good option for our fully packed car). Breakfast was nice. Only a short drive to the ferry

The hotel was close by to everything I needed from transport to shops to dining. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly and patient with me as I don’t speak English also as I suffer from anxiety I had a few moments where I needed some help and confirmation on things. The room I had was the junior suite and it was clean and tidy, a little warm however you can request for adjustments in the room temperature as I was only sleeping in there I didn’t really want to bother them. Breakfast was plenty full and much choice, from cereals to continental to cooked food even ginger shots, juices and coffee and tea. Coffee was magnificent I must say. If I ever visit Aalborg again this hotel will be my choice to stay again.

I forhold til pris er hotellet. Virkeligt hverken lækkert eller specielt. Gav tæt på 1400 for en nat, i Ålborg som generelt er billigere i hovedstaden, for et lille værelse, en kedelig foyer, en alt for overfyldt morgenbuffet med lange køer.. Til sammenligning var vi kort forinden på Tivoli Hotel i executive lounge med all inclusive og “privat morgenmad” til 1700,- midt i Kbh. Jeg synes hotellet er umoderne og slidt. Vil ikke vælge det igen.

Var der da jeg skulle til DM i Showdance i kongressen dejligt Hotel der lå så tæt som overhovedet muligt - skønt værelse og morgenmad dejlig betjening i receptionen og morgenrestaurant og så var Hotellet meget behjælpelige med tidlig morgenmad da vi havde nogen dansere der skulle være i salen allerede kl.6.45. Tak for dejligt ophold vi vender tilbage næste år.

Dejligt hotel med god beliggenhed.

Dejligt hotel og god beliggenhed. Meget venligt personale både i receptionen og til morgenmaden. Meget god morgenmad og meget at vælge imellem. Lidt problemer med kommunikation vedrørende rengøring, men det kom på plads til sidst.
