No room phone connected, nobody to answer the phone when you call the lobby using google maps number and nobody at the front counter for over 20 min while i was trying to figure out if there was a timer or a button since the hot tub was the same temperature as the cold pool. Everything was good except I didn’t have hot water for at least 3 days out of the 4 I was there. Water was luke warm/cold which is kind of disappointing after doing excursions all day & wanting a nice hot shower

The house was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. The gate entrance to beach right across the street was very convenient! Great communication with property management. Pool was cleaned while we were there. Highly recommend! Thank you!!
