「My stay here was calm and peaceful. I particularly loved the bilingual staff, they were super helpful and very friendly. They helped me get a cab to the airport. The room was nice and clean, breakfast was lovely. No unnecessary hidden charges. Big plus for me. My one recommendation would be to have fliers or cards for tour companies. 「El hotel esta localizado muy muy cerca del Monasterio del Escorial (solo una calle lo separa). La habitación era grande y espaciosa (fuimos 4 personas y tenia una habitacion con un sofa cama de dos plazas y la otra zona de la habitacion tenia la cama matrimonial grande).
