O site hotéis.com deveria ser mais explícito pois o acesso ao Spa não é gratuito.Para ter acesso ao Spa tem acréscimo de valor por pessoa. Se tivesse essa informação explícita, não teria visitado este hotel, pois o meu intuito era aproveitar o spa. O Hotel fica isolado de tudo, é bom para quem assim o deseje.

Muy decepcionante

Esperábamos más de lo que nos encontramos, al principio estuvimos en la habitación número 14 y era un verdadero desastre: 2 perchas (1 de ellas rota) para 4 personas, el water se levantaba del suelo (no estaba bien sellado), el soporte de la ducha a una altura superior a 2 Metros, el Store pegado con cinta americana, sábanas rotas con manchas y la calefacción no iba del todo bien. Luego estuvimos en otro bloque y fue la cosa mucho mejor, aunque de las 4 noches que estuvimos en el hotel (3 noches hubo problemas con el agua caliente). El baño de los hombres cerca de recepción, va con temporizador y se apaga cada aproximadamente 23 segundos, es algo ilógico total y que molesta en exceso. El hotel necesita una renovación importante, fijarse mucho en todo (habitaciones, hall, zonas exteriores, etc..) hay extintores que casi se caían, embellecedores de las escaleras rotos y mucho más que arreglar. Lo mejor en el hotel, fue la amabilidad y la gran labor de Ana (recepcionista), la bonita entrada del hotel, la decoración del restaurante y el lago que rodea el hotel. Mencionar también a la chica de la recepción del Spa, que fue muy amable y simpática. El día 1 de Enero se esmeraron con el desayuno, fue increíble la diferencia con otros días por la mañana. La dirección del hotel tiene que esforzarse más, para hacer de ese alojamiento un hotel en condiciones.
