Best hotel staff experience for me.

Great location. Great reception service!! The staffs (all of them) were Exceptionally accommodating to fulfil my requests. Imagine I had my rooms changed 3 times and they were still serving me with a smile. Staffs were Very patient and helpful too. Nothing wrong with the rooms. I'm just fussy and has certain expectations (OCD issues). I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel especially if you're traveling alone and new to China.

一切靠前台服務的態度，包容其他小缺點

房間寬大 清潔度不錯 靠窗但是望出去是建設工地 隔壁的夜店bass不錯晚上能穿透進來 服務態度很好 人員爆滿時也能維持 服務態度例子 入住時就聽到一組客人， 抱怨有煙味要更換房間， 沒想到就是剛好換給我們， 本身沒抽煙 對煙味實在敏感， 起初只有門口味道較重， 後來空調開久了，待在房裡 煙味越來越重， 但是已經先確認過房間，和動國房間內設施， 此時要更換已經要加額外清潔費， 不過也顯得出櫃檯服務人員的耐心， 最終出門前有請房務人員處理， 回來時有完整解決，謝謝他們的協助配合。

Неплохой отель, есть все необходимое, есть халаты и полноценные тапочки (не бумажные),есть утюг и доска гладильная, две бутылки воды бесплатно по 0.5 л. Сначала дали номер 601, но для меня он показался прокуренным, поменяли на 701, но в нем уже не было стиральной машины. Вид из этих номеров на соседнее здание, из крайнего окна немного видно Жемчужную реку. Площадь Haizhu в августе ремонтируют, лучше выбирать выход А из метро, перейти дорогу на кольце дойти по набережной до 7 Eleven , и перед ним повернуть налево, через метров 100 прямо будет отель

The Hotel is in good location, walking distance to two metro stations, Hotel room carpet is very dirty, Breakfast is very poor...all chines selections... Stuff not capable to talk single word in English ...they used the mobile phone to translate ! Hotel has not even a name on board I can rate the Hotel no more than 2-3 stars

이 호텔은 별로다.

숙소주변- 호텔 바로옆어서 건설공사를 해서 이른아침 부터 밤늦은시간까지 시끄러웠다. 휴식이 필요한 사람이라면 이호텔을 피하는것이 좋을것 이다. 호텔에서 조금만 앞으로나오면 강을보며 조깅 및 산책을 하기에 너무좋다. 하지만 호텔 바로옆 늦은시간 주변은 클럽이 있어 시끄럽고 불량스러웠다. 숙소- 호텔로비는 딱 3성호텔 이구, 방 크기는 생각했던것 보다 커서 맘에는들었다. 하지만 맨 마지막 방으로 안내를 받았는데 방구조가 이상해서 실망하고, 또청결상태는 그냥그냥 그리고 커텐에 먼지가 많아서 천천히 커텐을 만저야 할 것이다. 강 옆이여서 그런지 모기가 많다 반듯이 모기향을 켜 놓아야 할 것 이다. 조식- 그냥 간단한 음식이 준비되어 있어서 토스트에 우유한잔...먹을것이 없다. 하지만 식당직원의 친절함은 굿~ 다음 출장 및 여행을 한다면 이호텔에 머물지 않을 것이다.

Clean obstructed view of river, but a view nonetheless. Has an umbrella and a lot of little things that are easy to forget when traveling. The nightclub downstairs can be a bit noisy on weekends but its not bad. Definitely worth the price

لايعتبر فندق .. إنما هوا عبارة عن غرف مستأجرة في عمارة سكنية أمانة الغرفة نظيفة من الداخل والتجهيزات مريحة لكن نفس الموقع والمبنى ككل لايرقى لمستوى الفنادق والفطوور مستواه ضعييف جداً للاسف ولا بوجد به خيارات غير الفاكهة

A nice and comfortable place to stay in Guangzhou

A clean and comfortable hotel to stay for two nights in Guangzhou. Our room has a River Pearl view and was pretty to see the neon lights along the river banks.. Very convenient to go to the pedestrian walk on Beijing road and there are metro stations nearby.. Very easy to visit all the landmark building in New Pearl City Square such as the Opera House ,Guangzhou Library and Guangzhou TV Tower. A lot of restaurants and shops along Beijing road. Reception staff at the hotel are helpful and fast to respond to our request. We felt welcome in this hotel.

I want my deposit back

Room was big and clean but location is not busy and not close to subway station,breakfast not so many choices.But be careful the deposit. I paid when I booked the room from hotel.com by credit card but when I check in the reception still ask for $300 .after I show them the email from hotel.com that I had paid already .But until now is more than a month I still have no reply from the hotel.com

This hotel is a little tricky to find as the hotel's name is not on the outside of the building. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a smell in our room and they immediately moved us to a new room. Other than this room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was good a good variety of Asian and Western food. Location was great, lots of restaurants within walking distance, the river promenade was just across the street as were the docks for the river cruises. The Beijing Pedistrian Mall was also within easy access of the hotel.

房間很大，電視是LG，浴室採用日式廁板，尚算新淨，與網上看的照片相乎；唯本人訂的河景房被前面大廈遮擋了，只可斜斜觀看河景，美中不足

外国人より中国人の方が滞在者が多いと思われるホテル、というより長期滞在用のアパートメントに 近いが、意外にきれい、５つ星ホテルでもあまり見かけないウォシュレットトイレや乾燥機付き洗濯機もある
