We stayed in a club room which was a little tired but we understand the hotel is undertaking a refurbishment of all rooms. The staff were wonderful - friendly, attentive and very efficient. The buffet breakfast had a reasonable range of choices and the club lounge was well stocked with drinks and snacks. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and is a few minutes walk to Causeway Bay MTR. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport which is a one hour drive. Recommended.

Old but clean and tidy 5*hotel. High standards for all u need to have great comfort stay in hk. Very good space room and bed, soft and comfortable for a lovely sleep. My third time stay and will be in the future too

Good location, but hotel is bad. Our first room they put us in the AC was broken and they knew about it and made us stay 2 nights in it. Once we moved rooms the outlets didn’t work for charging our phones. The washrooms had mold around the showers and sinks. You hear all the noise from your neighbours. I’m a frequent traveler and this is by far one of the worst stays we had. Location was good but overall experience of the hotel is a 0/5.

Old property in need of a deep clean and refresh. Useless WiFi that is weak, drops regularly and not even workable for basic emails. I had to wait until I had checked-out and moved on elsewhere to even post this review.

The hotel is on a very good location. There are many great food places and places within five minutes walk, including the subway ( MRT) station entrance. The check in process was easy and smooth. Our room was ready upon our check in at noon. Staff were also very friendly. Definitely you get what you paid. The size of the room was decent. However, the nightstands were dirty. We wiped it down with a disinfectant wipe and it was filthy. There were no outlets by the beds. The overall condition of the rooms are run down, especially the bathroom. They definitely need an upgrade.
