“Ottimo”

“I can't say enough good things about this place. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Our breakfast was delivered to our room every morning and was always perfect. The view was breathtaking and never got old. The rooms are beautiful and kept spotless. The staff was so good to us and always made sure we were happy. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Lake Como. So beautiful and peaceful.”

“飯店位置很偏，除非開車，不然要搭公車到很郊區，而且還要走一段路才到得了。 飯店櫃檯人員很親切，英文也很流利，處理事情也很專業，但是房間真的不太好。 房間滿暗的，放行李的地方略小，壁燈上面還有蜘蛛網跟灰塵，地毯也有點黑黑舊舊的，但是浴室還不錯，很明亮、很新，但是淋浴設備壞了，沒辦法掛住蓮蓬頭，沐浴洗髮精倒是一應俱全。 最後，房間收不到Wifi，就算到了大廳滿格，也無法連上YouTube, Facebook 之類的網站，在房間內的訊號也很差，想用自己的手機網路也有困難，整體而言住得不是很舒適。”

“Location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices are plentiful. One window of the room only had a net curtain, slightly concerned but once I had found it had shutters outside, so leaning out and closing them every night made complete darkness. I can highly recommend this hotel for a stay, views are amazing. ”

“Skønt sted! Vi fejrede nytår her og var her kun én nat. Men vi vil utrolig gerne besøge stedet igen og opleve det om sommeren. Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk! Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. Køleskab og dejligt badeværelse, og indretningen føles autentisk.”
