This was fantastic and so wonderfully run. The lady who runs the hotel is so friendly and helpful and made our stay fantastic. The separate beach, hot tub and lounging section is also fantastic. Rooms are large and grand, the staff is very friendly and kind. The small town in which the hotel is located doesn’t have much going on (Bellagio is about a 20 minute drive where there is lots to do). All in all a great place

Staff and Owner were very accommodating and kind, yet very respectful of the guests stay. This is one of the best experience of my 3 week solo travel in Switzerland and Italy. Brilliant restoration of a family villa with unique hospitality. From check in to check out it was a highlight of my travels. Suggest getting tickets for ferry from Como to Lezzono early in the morning to avoid long queue. Also, taking bus back to Como, in am, is often full. Best to travel with smaller suitcases for boats, trains, and buses.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it could not have been more perfect! The property is gorgeous and the views are absolutely breathtaking. The location is very quiet, private and peaceful, but there are still some great restaurants within walking distance and it was very easy to hop on the bus to visit other towns during our stay. There’s also a private terrace with a jacuzzi which we really enjoyed. We also cannot say enough good things about Arianna and the rest of the staff! Our original flight was cancelled due to a storm, but Arianna was incredibly helpful and understanding, and allowed us to move our reservation so we could come a couple days later than originally planned. The food was also amazing and the staff does a wonderful job of making you feel like you’re at home. We loved our stay so much that we decided we want to make this our yearly anniversary trip, and we absolutely can’t wait to come back next year!

We had a great time here. We stayed in the Torre room which had an incredible view, was clean, and even better than the pictures in person. Breakfast was great and the staff were very attentive and friendly. They were very accomodating for check in and throughout our stay. Bus stops nearby as well as ferry line from Lezzeno. Overall 10/10, we would definetly stay here again:)

We were taken back by the beautiful and unique Italian suit with very tall ceilings, large windows on three sides, plenty of space to move around, and a view of Lake Como we had not seen expected. You could spend your stay in the suite and be happy. Ariana is very attentive and accommodated our dietary needs for breakfast. We had a nice stay.

Great hotel in old historical building by lake Como in small village Lezzeno near Bellaggio. Room was comfortable and spacious. Service was excellent, especially by the hostess of the hotel. Breakfast was good too. Parking was near. Nothing more to wish from accommodation. In brief great stay.
