One of the greatest experiences of our honeymoon! The staff was incredible welcoming, helpful and overall wonderful. They were helpful with the instructions and ready to answer any questions. They have availability for free parking, safe and close to the rooms. Breakfast was amazing! Jacuzzi and beach, just a 3 minute walk, also incredible. What a great experience overall!

We were taken back by the beautiful and unique Italian suit with very tall ceilings, large windows on three sides, plenty of space to move around, and a view of Lake Como we had not seen expected. You could spend your stay in the suite and be happy. Ariana is very attentive and accommodated our dietary needs for breakfast. We had a nice stay.

Very clean bed and breakfast. Staff wasn’t as helpful . They are nice , but if you do not have what’s app good luck finding help.. jacuzzi said it hadn’t been cleaned/ filtered in 19 days when we turned it on… they have paddleboards on the beach that are locked up, so maybe ask host if they are available. AC was turned off by staff when you left the room, so expect to turn it on once you get back from your adventures throughout the day. Beach is walking distance from hotel which was nice, close to bus station and ferry, however, not many food options close by - the one pizza place that was close by was very rude to us. Expect to be walking atleast 30-50 min for dinner ! Beautiful scenery for sure breakfast was good too.

Great hotel in old historical building by lake Como in small village Lezzeno near Bellaggio. Room was comfortable and spacious. Service was excellent, especially by the hostess of the hotel. Breakfast was good too. Parking was near. Nothing more to wish from accommodation. In brief great stay.

What a hidden gem. Really beautiful property. The staff could not have been nicer. We had a rental car which made this perfect for us. It might be a trickier location to get to if relying on other modes of transport. It's about 15mins drive from Bellagio. The apartment we got was perfect. The views stunning. The sundeck and private beach were super cool. Be warned the beach (like most around the area) was super rocky so some sort of footwear is useful to have. Breakfast was great. We rented a self-drive boat from a company that was about a 10 min walk along the waterfront path. Made for a perfect way to see the lake.

Palazzo di Vice Re was one of the only options available to us on the days we needed so we gave it a chance and it was the best decision for our vacation. Once we arrived we were kindly greeted by the lovely concierge Arianna, and the very passionate owner / architect Cristiano who brought our bags to our room. We explained our air Bnb situation and were greeted with exceptional hospitality and warmth. On his own time Cristiano gave us a private tour of his palazzo, as well as the history behind each and every room of the villa that has been in his family for 4 generations including restorations and improvements he’s completed himself. He even took us down to his wine cellar and explained where / why he chose to outsource wine from smaller family and women owned vineyards which we greatly appreciated. They provided a private beach area with a jacuzzi that had an amazing view and comfortable chairs. They recommended the best wine we have ever had. Arianna was nothing less than amazing, every morning she took our breakfast order and personalized it to whatever we wanted. They both took time to talk to use about our upcoming adventures and gave their recommendations for anything we needed. We wish we could give this place 10 stars, from the ambiance to the hospitality everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we got there up until the moment we left. Our only regret was not staying there longer! Special thank you to Arianna and Cristiano for everything, we will be back.

The hotel is a little out of the way but our room La Vista was beautiful. Parking is not actually at the hotel just a few metres north of the hotel. There’s a sign on the road saying ‘21’ and the driveway is immediately north of that. Go down and take the first right and park anywhere. Once you have someone show you how to get to reception, it’s easy. We decided the best way to see the lake was by driving to Bellagio and paying for parking for the day then using the boats to look at each village. We had a great time.
