“Rooms were great.. loved the 24/7 lobby area.. front desk staff were all very helpful! ”

“Needed extra blanket and was told they don’t have extra blankets. We reserved the room with two beds and pullout couch and had no bedding for pullout couch. Breakfast wasn’t great. Eggs were watery and sausage links undercooked.”

“Hotel was extremely dirty. Paint coming off the walls and doors. Comforter on bed looked like it had vomit on it. Hallways smelled like cat urine. Some sort of white powder all over the floor along the walls. Cockroach looking bug in the corner of bedroom. ”

“The property was great for my dog. They even have an add on packaging for a dog bed and toys if we wanted. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They have a free breakfast. We will go back if we are in the area again”

“I booked a deluxe king room, but I failed to see what was deluxe about it. Some of the photos show a bathtub in the bathroom but our room had only a shower. The vent fan didn't work. One of the main reason we stayed here was because of the rooftop bar but upon our arrival we discovered that the bar was booked for a private venue. The only good part of our stay was the staff, they were very friendly. The room was also clean. ”

“We booked a room with one king bed. We were given a room with 2 queen beds, when I told the desk person he had to call the manager stating there were none available. Then we were given a room with one king bed that looked like some had used the bed and just made the top to look good. There were dirty linen carts in the hallway when we arrived and were still in the same spot when we checked out. The breakfast had cereal, but only chocolate milk; the fruit tasted slightly rancid; the two bite……

“Clean and comfortable enough. Dull, safe location. OK breakfast for this tier of hotel. Some loud guests but was able to drown out their noise with bathroom fan. Front desk staff was very helpful in rebooking me for the same room when I needed to extend my stay one additional night. For a budget stay, this is above average.”

“We planned for a refrigerator and were disappointed. Room was ok but probably should not have been that expensive. We had to get help to fix the TV as it wasn’t working. Not sure if we would take a chance on a room again. Thank you for asking. The HELP staff was outstanding!”

“It was a great, overall stay! This will sound crass but the staff was almost too kind; they were all super chatty at breakfast and I was still half asleep and in my sweat pants and hat and not looking for a full conversation. They all kept asking me questions of where I was from and where I was going. Funny. I know they meant well”
