Welcome to Agave Lane, a newly constructed home completed in August 2022, the perfect golf retreat for your next Pinehurst vacation. This property is situated on 10 private acres located only a short 7-minute drive to the Village. Upon entering the home, you will find the main level which features 2 guest bedrooms (Q,Q) with a shared bathroom, an executive suite style bedroom (K) with a large attached bathroom and a private balcony, open concept living / dining room/ and kitchen with ample cooking and entertaining space, walk in pantry, laundry, and a beautiful screened in porch overlooking the exquisite guitar shaped pool!
Upstairs is a 400 SF bonus bedroom, which includes its own private full bathroom with tiled shower, 2 Queen beds, couch seating area, and large walk-in closet.
The large, finished walk-out lower level is where everyone will want to be! Complete with a second kitchen (all full-size appliances), full bathroom, gym (peloton), pool table, foosball table, Ms. Pacman arcade game, flex room (think catering space), and 4 huge TVs, and double doors that lead directly out to the backyard.
The show stopping backyard features a 22x48 inground Guitar Shaped pool with a swim up covered pool bar! In addition to the pool there is also an 11-person spa to enjoy on the cooler evenings, large, covered porch, gas grill, fire features, corn hole games, and more!

US Open Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this house for the US Open. The home was very comfortable and was super close to our parking for the Open. It was a great home to come back to each night after a long day at the Championship. The owners were very accommodating and the check in & out was very easy. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area!
