Great place to use as home base while visiting Aberdeen. Clean and comfortable, great location, nothing fancy but was perfect for a couple guys visiting the area for a few days for some hunting. Everything we needed.

We were in town for a football game at Northern State. This property was nice and clean. It was wonderful to have the kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and living room. It’s a simple check in and check out. I saw someone complain about the trains, but they were not an issue for us…very slow and quiet. If we are back in Aberdeen, we will be back here to stay. Excellent for a fair price

Clean and quiet

The property was impeccably clean. I tend to be picky about cleanliness and this property surpassed my standards! It was so cute and comfy. The cupboards had all the utensils and supplies that I needed for my stay. And after a trip to the grocery store that was nearby, I didn’t need to go out to eat. Everything was well laid out and tastefully decorated. The train tracks nearby were not well traveled. I did not hear any trains at night at all. I would stay here again!
