“Loved it and very convenient!”

“Nice hotel”

“Our hotel bathroom toilet wouldnt flush correctly. They had maintenance come and take a look at it and they said nothing was wrong with it, and yet, we had to fill the icebucket with water from the sink and then pour it into the toilet just to be able to flush it. We also got stuck in the elevator that was supposed to be the one that was “working.” We decided we would never stay there twice.”

“Carlos, was amazing! You could smell the food from the restaurant Wild Sage. Beautiful room, amazing shower. Beautiful view of the Moutains. I recomend eating at the wild Sage just a few steps behind the hotel. Food was amazing. The only complaint I have is it was very cold and the door leading to outside had a large gap. It was hard to warm the room . we would definitely stay again. Carlos, made are stay awesome.”

“Staff was wonderful. When I checked in directions were giving how to access the elevator to room. Which desk to get players card and navigate to eat meals. I received text messages asking how my stay was going if I needed help with anything message back. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend to friends and family.”

“Parking was not easy. Property did not list no pickup truck and trailer parking. We had to park down the street in the visitor center lot. Not very convenient when we came in the night of a snow storm. The gal checking us in seemed frazzled, she must have been alone, didn't explain anything to me about how to get to our room, pool, ice machines nor any information about breakfast. ”

“The staff was extremely accommodating. I learned Deadwood is not a very handicap accessible place but the hotel was except for the casino across the street. I would have to go outdoors to go to the next levels of the casino which to be fair. This is a historic town so I get that they don't want to alter it very much and the parking was across the street and you had to go around the parking lot and they don't like to shovel the sidewalks and Deadwood sidewalks are very icy which does happen in……

“Itn was a fantastic good size and well equipped room. Breakfast was great all in all a great stay and would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Rapid City.”

“Hotel was extremely clean and welcoming. Perfect place to stay for hospital visits because you are escorted from the lobby over to Sanford to wherever you need to go. Definitely staying again when needed and the room rates are reasonable. ”
