Wir hatten extra ein Zimmer mit Kamin und Whirlpool Badewanne gebucht. Etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Renovierung war nur zum Teil vorhanden. Die Lichtschalter oder auch die Sanitäranlagen, Küchenzeile waren schon Jahrzehnte alt und auch teilweise verblasst/vergilbt. Ansonsten eine gute Ausstattung eine generelle Sanierung mit modernen Ambiente würde dem Hotel und den Zimmern gut tun. Reinigung war nur oberflächlich vorhanden, unter dem Küchentisch lagen Staub und Essensreste von den vorherigen Gästen. Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht und waren verwundert, dass am nächsten Tag das Bett nicht gemacht wurde, das wäre normal es werden nur die Handtücher getauscht. Wir hatten keinen Kaffee Filter zum Kaffee kochen und hatten einen Zettel mit der Bitte um einen neuen mit Trinkgeld auf den Tisch gelegt, dies wurde überhaupt nicht beachtet. Wir haben uns dann am zweiten Tag an der Rezeption einen neuen geholt, das Problem war da schon durch andere Gäste bekannt und es wurde direkt aus der Schublade ein neuer Filter mit gegeben. Die Kollegin an der Rezeption hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und war sehr freundlich.

It’s what you’d expect from a roadside Motel. The room had a tiny unpleasant order to it… I have a sensitive nose. I had some air freshener so problem solved. I run a KOA campground so I understand the challenges in this type of bussiness. The decore could use some updating but that’s really nitpicking. For my purposes. It did just fine. You guys are doing a good job. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise… but as we both know we have to do that from time to time.

Love our check in clerk, Tiffani. Friendly and helpful. Our room was tidy at check in. We enjoyed the breakfast variety. The pool was fun and plenty of towels available. Our only concern: after our 1st night, we did not have any shampoo. By the end of the 2nd night, we were out of conditioner, toliet paper, tissues, and were in need of fresh towels. We requested new conditioner, towels and for the trash to be taken out that morning. The front desk clerk said that the room would not be serviced as we hadn't stayed for 3 nights, yet. The sign adhered to the bathroom mirror said that if we needed anything before that to let the desk know before 11 a.m., which we did. Upon evening arrival, we were still out of said supplies and the trash had not been removed. I took out dirty towels and two trash bags to the front desk. Tiffani graciously obtained fresh towels and new trash liners for me. I stopped by the open supply cart room and got the conditioner and toliet paper. We loved the stay overall, but we suggest a bit more attention to service.

I would have rated this a bit higher, but when I put everything together, it isn't a place I'd stay again. I first had my credit card company call me to tell me I had two charges on my card, both for same property and one random charge for 350 or more. We didn't have washcloths in our room, and on the night before we were to leave i noticed there was what appeared to look like mold, but later the manager said it was dirt that came from the shelf under the sink. It was a large area and had been missed in cleaning. When i went to check out the front desk person was overwhelmed and stressed, and said he was on his own getting breakfast ready and managing the front desk and sharing a bunch of personal stuff.

The hotel and staff was amazing.Well maintained,clean and easy to get everywhere we wanted to. If I would have 1 critique it would be that there was no dresser or drawers in the room to put my clothes in just open shelving. Otherwise it was great.

Nice place to stay, except expect to pay $100 deposit that could take 10-15 days to be put back into your account if they dont find any issues. I would not stay here again due to the deposit being so much. I paid by expedia had no idea of that big if deposit until showed up for check in.

I thought it was clean until I discovered on 3rd day that the white bed cover had a big coffee stain on it that we were not responsible for. It was also not fully stocked with towels or shampoo, and the cleaning staff were not easy to catch or very friendly. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating.
