“飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。”

“While the apartment met our needs in terms of size and comfort, the garbage had not been taken out before our arrival. The smell was so strong that we could not open the cupboard where the bin was located.”

“Bathroom in state od dis repair fire alarm hanging off wall cobwebs on stairs leading to room staff using foyer as office bar overpriced breakfast was cooked well but no toast coffee out of machine. I believe it under new management a lot to sort out woul not go back”

“We had a great time at Banchory Lodge. Staff were lovely and so friendly and our little dog was spoiled. He had sausage at breakfast just especially for him. The toom was beautiful a d overlooked the river. The grounds were great too and even saw a heron on the opposite side of river. Folk were seen daily fishing. Banchory is very nice to wander about and we were very lucky with sunny days. Highly recommend staying for a fee days.”

“Charming and unique historic hotel. Its an older hotel that’s beautifully furnished. Lots of windows, comfy chairs, a nice bar and dining room. It’s right off a main road and close to the Airport, so it’s very accessible.”
