“I was not expecting much as it was a bargain basement price . Hotel is dated and looks tired . The room was clean , bathroom spotless and the bed was really comfy . Staff were extremely helpful . Definitely recommend for a tight budget was perfect”

“Charming and unique historic hotel. Its an older hotel that’s beautifully furnished. Lots of windows, comfy chairs, a nice bar and dining room. It’s right off a main road and close to the Airport, so it’s very accessible.”

“The room was nice and clean and bright with a great view of the train station. And the hotel was attached to the train station and Union Square which was very helpful when I arrived by train at 10:00 at night. I did have trouble finding the street entrance since I arrived so late at night - the main entrance is through the mall. The hotel is modern and much newer than most buildings in the area. It can't get any closer to the train station and bus station, and the shopping mall is a bonus.”

“We had a bay view room which looked directly out onto the harbour which was lovely to wake up to The room was spotlessly clean and modern with everything we needed built in. The tea and coffee station was tucked away nicely and there was a full size fridge with a freezer in. We found this excellent as we were travelling so it gave us a good opportunity to freeze our ice packs for the cool bag and chill our drinks down for when we set off again in the morning. ”

“The check-in process was disappointing because I had to ask about nearly everything. The listing stated that a parking tag would be provided if parking was included, but none was given. When I asked, I was told that parking required an additional fee, which was then added to our room. The pool also costs extra, and unfortunately, it was not worth it. We went to use the hot tub but were told we couldn’t use it because the bubbles weren’t running. The staff member who told us was not friendly or……

“The room was neat and clean and tidy. It was very basic, but I only needed a place to sleep, so it was fine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was no food service or bar service available, so the public areas were always empty of people. The decor is up-beat and cool, but the building is quite old and full of "character", like old, squeaky, and quite uneven floors and stairs, The bathroom was in need of a fresh coat of paint. It is perfectly fine if you are not too picky. And……

“Perfectly good hotel but one of the more basic Malmaisons. In a large house with winding staircases, which are difficult for anyone who struggles with that. Pleasant staff. Limited food options outside of main service hours.”

“飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。”
