“This hotel had the feel of an old 1980s hotel that had been poorly maintained over the years by the owners. The room was clean but on our second morning we weren't able to have a shower because the shower didn't work. The tap water was also like an oven while the beds were like rocks. Despite promising wi-fi this too was non-existent. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok but during our stay there was always a feeling of what was going to go wrong next.”

“If you are ok staying in a hostel from the'80s then this is the place for you... the bedding and the 1 towel was clean, but older fixtures showed decades of dirt that hadn't been wiped off... definitely didn't see pictures of this place before booking”

“Extremely basic room. One might describe it as spartan. Superficially clean. Bathroom, bedding and carpets looked fresh, but the walls were dirty looking and the previous occupants half used bottle of milk was still sitting on the window ledge. Taps in the bathroom wobbled in the china. Bathroom ceiling showed signs of mould. No bedside lamps or sockets, cheap/tatty looking furnishings. On the upside the shower was very powerful. The public areas and corridors were decorated in what can best……
