The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. 「Overall the property is very good, but it's let down by a few minor issues that could be quickly changed: - the Vrbo listing says it's a 'second floor' apartment, it's not, it's on the first floor. It also says there's a 'golf view', there isn't, it's on the seafront with no view out of the back at all. The listing also says 'parking available' but there is no parking there at all in the town centre, it's limited to one hour during the day. The people in the ground-floor apartment got a parking...

「Heather is amazing, greeted us and served us Welsh cakes on arrival! Made a dinner reservation for us and served an amazing breakfast!! You have your own sitting room, bedroom is quaint and lovely. Would highly recommend. 」

「What a beautiful place. Everything you need is provided in apartment. So near the center and all shops. Sat outside on balcony watching all the wildlife (Ducks,Heron etc). The hosts are so welcoming and contact is swift. highly recommended.」

「Very uplifting and relaxing a beautiful keep cottage ,everything provided and more.Once again perfection 」

「Disappointed with the rental. The accommodation is difficult to access. The street has a very steep slope, potentially dangerous if you are over 60, if it is raining, or with a baby. This is not clearly indicated on the ad. The parking lot is more than 450m from the accommodation and is often full. The apartment was not clean when we arrived and is not well maintained. If I had known, I would not have rented this studio.」

「An elegant flat in excellent condition, well equipped in every way, and very centrally located in this pleasant town. The manager was helpful, considerate and communicative. The Vrbo website was tiresome.」

「We stayed at this lovely apartment 19th-23rd February on arrival it was easy to acess and clean we are a family of 4 two teens who’ve both said they’d visit again. The apartment is a five minute walk to the train station and the town and the beach is opposite. Just a shame it weren’t pet friendly! 」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. It was about a 5 minute walk into Barmouth so we left the car for 3 days. The whole apartment was lovely with views over the estuary. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. 」

「It had a lovely feel to it. The beds were really comfy and the table was all laid out for us. It was great little place.」

「This is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and appointed. It has a stunning view, telephone wires apart. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We had a couple of niggles but they were addressed satisfactorily by the owners. Take their words about the hill to the apartment very seriously. You need to be fit and able to deal with it.」

「The apartment was very easy to find and in a great location, minutes away from the prom and beach and minutes away from the main shopping area. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the equipment you could possibly need on holiday. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable and spacious. We met the cleaners who were working on the next apartment and they were so friendly and helpful giving local information. We will definately return.」

"The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night. The toilet also did not work properly, the flush was extremely weak. There was no way of contacting the hotel at night to sort out the shower issue and the reception runs from 3pm to 6pm instead of 8pm as stated here. Would recommend if those management issues were fixed."
