"First of all, I wanted to say that this is not a hotel for a family vacation — it’s definitely a business hotel. Every time I got in the elevator it smelled like smoke. The bathroom was very odd, from the plumbing to the loud toilet to the lack of ventilation… It was also very hard to find from Tokyo Station (going into the station was easy but figuring out the correct exit for this hotel was a real challenge)… We got lost multiple times. Also, while it’s close to the main train station, it’s not really in an attractive part of the city. It’s surrounded by office buildings and hence business professionals so it’s busy and not a touristy area at all. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel except for a business trip or an overnight stay when proximity to Tokyo Station is a priority… All that said, the front desk staff was very accommodating when we had luggage challenges, agreeing to store our luggage for most of the day we checked out, so I really did appreciate that. The hotel just wasn’t the right fit for the type of trip we were on, unfortunately."

"I only stayed one night to recover from a long flight before flying to Kyushu. The hotel room was very small, not unusual for Japan but hard to even find a place to open my suitcase. Two twin beds in our room. The beds were pretty hard and the pillows were strange. Everything was clean and the staff was kind and helpful. The shuttle was my main reason for booking but I'm still not clear if they will do airport pickups. The schedule is not listed anywhere online I could find but they have a very big tour bus style shuttle. So, we took a taxi to the hotel, not ideal, but were able to use the shuttle on the way back. Right at the counter there is a shuttle schedule, and you put your name down for the time slot. It takes about 25min to get to the airport, so the times are 1 hour apart. I think the first bus was 5:00am. The lobby was nice and the restaurant looked good, but we left before breakfast began."
