No WiFi has been down for over a month. Have stayed here for years and was never charged for checking in early. Arrived 30 minutes before check in and they wanted to charge me $35 for that. Plus another couple came in seven minutes till check in time and they wanted to charge them $35 as well.

Enjoyed chatting with the afternoon/evening front desk lady. She was very informative. Only con was being able to hear my next door neighbor until quite late. Not your issue and would not keep me from staying there again.

Das Hotel Gebäude sieht gut aus, aber der Service ist schrecklich. Gleich beim Check-in würde uns mitgeteilt das WiFi nicht funktioniert. Im Zimmer angekommen kein Sofa Bett gemacht, Reservierung für 3 Personen. Kein Bettlaken, Kopfkissen und Decke im Zimmer. Der Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption hat uns alles zusammen gesucht, was er noch hatte, keine Decke. Wir wollten noch ein paar Sachen waschen, aber auch Waschmaschine und Trockner außer Betrieb. Am nächsten Morgen sind wir zum Frühstück 8:20, da Frühstück Zeit angeblich bis 9:00. Frühstück sehr sehr überschaubar. 8:35 habe ich nach Rührei gefragt, ich bekam eine unfreundliche Antwort, das ist aus weil Frühstück Zeit ist nur bis 9:00. 8:55 wollte mein Sohn noch ein Apfelsaft, Kühlschrank war schon verschlossen, auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt Frühstück Zeit ist vorbei. Dies wurde mir auch vom Management an der Rezeption bestätigt. Wenn Frühstück Zeit bis 9:00 nur angeboten wird, sollte man dies auch einhalten, besonders bei solchen Dingen die kein Aufwand bedürfen! Nein als erstes wird der Kühlschrank abgeschlossen. Wie ich später mitbekommen habe, haben andere Gäste auch 9:00 noch etwas aus dem Kühlschrank bekommen. Man könnte ja von Diskriminierung sprechen.... Die Dame die für das Frühstück zuständig war, war auch sehr unfreundliche, kein Guten Morgen zu den Gästen usw. Ich habe meine Probleme beim Check-out dem angeblichen Management mitgeteilt, keine Reaktion. Übergens Übernachtungspreis für 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind $160 was auf

The property wasn’t the best. A lot of the things in the room not work. Toilets do not flush properly anywhere in the building. Staff was nice. Overall, wasn’t the most pleasant experience due to the condition of the property.

We were just there for a night to watch grandchildren's activities. This is an older property, but it's recent remodeling was very well done! While conveniently located near the traffic loop, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. Beds were comfortable and our stay was good, with the exception of breakfast. The breakfast offerings were VERY minimal and there was no breakfast tea, so my husband had to go foraging for something that we could eat and drink.

The staff was extremely kind. However, the room was sub-par. The room was overly humid due to poor ventilation which made the bedding and everything inside the room feel very damp. We also found some clover mites in the beds. Though the lobby area looks updated and modern, the rooms themselves could also benefit from being updated. Cracks in the bathroom tiles, rusted areas on the tub, stains on the carpet. Overall, it was a safe place to stay, but will not likely stay here again.

The room was updated, but the toilet didn't work very well and there was some water damage around the tub area. WIFI was down the entire weekend during our stay, and the breakfast was mediocre at best (no pancakes or waffle maker). No coffee maker in the room. The exercise room was getting renovated so we couldn't use it.

My shower did not work upon arriving, but was repaired. I also did have ants in my room. The other thing I would like to mention is that the smoke alarm went off for the whole hotel over a piece of burnt toast. This was very inconvenient for me as I am elderly. Maybe the toaster should be moved to a different location?
