2. No Unauthorized Extensions

3. Unauthorized Overstays

The host reserves the right to report the violation to Vrbo and pursue applicable remedies under Texas law, including recovery of documented losses and reasonable additional costs where legally permitted.

4. Reservation Dates Are Binding

5. Failure to Vacate

If a guest fails to leave at the end of the reservation, the host may contact Vrbo Support, preserve relevant communications and reservation records, and pursue the appropriate legal process to recover possession of the property.
