“I very rarely leave a less than stellar review when I am traveling but I was not impressed by this hotel or its staff. Apparently they checked me in to the wrong room. We checked in after 10pm so the moment we got in to the room we showered, brushed teeth and climbed in to bed. The front desk called up and told is we were in the wrong room and acted like it was my issue to solve. They also expected us to pack up our stuff and change rooms to the correct one. “The first room we were given was filthy from the beds to the floor.
The beds had soiled linens on both! From top to bottom.
The carpet was disgusting and had not been vacuumed as there were crumbs all over. Including a whole cookie inside ( in visible sight) the air conditioning unit.The clerk that checked us in was Awesome! And did indeed take pictures so that housekeeping / management could be informed. However she did infact try to make excuses for some of the bedding. Frankly if I had not……
