「I had a wonderful time at Fraser Suites, professional and courteous staff we’re always ready to help, extremely friendly equal to the level of service I have received at any high-end luxury hotel around the world. A special acknowledgment for Janet, a very nice person and hotel receptionist who daily went above and beyond I expectations」

「Overall, it was a good experience, the staff were very helpful and courteous. Wasn't satisfied with the water heating system and the internet. The water gets cold on you while taking a shower and the internet, well, slow and sometimes unavailable. They did come up with solutions to this, but it was a repeated issue.」

「Nice hotel with mostly friendly staff who smile and make you feel welcome. Rooms are ok with comfy bed and hot shower. WiFi also fast enough. One thing need to stop doing is making you feel like some kind of villain on the way out by insisting to check not stolen anything from the room!! Jeez….Don’t also insist all hotels do it (they don’t) and if going to do it, better make sure a list present for what in the room when arrive!!!」

「Attention to detail was top notch. Impeccable esthetics!」

「Not worth the price. There was a cockroach in my room on the first night. Water from the shower leaks out to the rest of the bathroom and living room when one takes a shower. The security guards from the parking lot had my go to the guards at the reception to pass my purse through the scanner because I went to the parking lot and returned after a few minutes. They asked one if my guests to return to their posts to get checked because they weren't there when he walked through. After waiting for a...

「Located and close to a lot of interesting sites in the City. Everywhere is within 20 mins of Uber ride! Loved it!」

「It was okay」

「The location is great but price is quite high considering the very very poor services in the hotel. I spent 3 nights there but didn’t sleep well in any of the night. Pillows are too hard. I couldn’t use the towels as they already turned brown. There were mosquitoes and small cockroaches in my room. The toilet paper was of the lowest quality. The breakfast was just omelet and bread, unbelievable for the price they charge. I will rate them 2/10」

「Dirty Nothing like pic Same dinner as Breakfast Very very noicy」

「Fritz provided a bed that I needed. No room account, so everything I bought had to be paid on a handheld POS device that sometimes didn't work. Makes in room dining or ordering a drink or getting a toothbrush a bit of an ordeal. I had a few little ants near the desk in my room, becomes a problem if you leave any food out. Breakfasts are lower end in quality - think cheap airline meal. Sounds like I have complaints but as a place to put my head down I wouldn't object to staying here again. Staff...
