All rooms including the kitchen are fully air-conditioned with spacious outdoor areas for playing and relaxation. The master's bathroom is equipped with a soak-in tub & shower. All bathrooms including the kitchen have both hot and cold water for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, cooking/dining utensils, refrigerator, microwave, gas cooker and oven.

The bungalow is equipped with top notch security including 24/7 CCTV surveillance, 24/7 security personnel at the security post, electric fence and lots more.
