We reached the Hotel and they don't have our booking after showing the booking confirmation and payment proof. The staff said they have cancelled the contract 6 months ago and they didn't received any amount from Expedia. I have been dropping email to expedia and no response. We came from Dubai and arrived in the night we end up paying again the staff told us we can request for refund as they are not responsible. We are still waiting for our refund amount Booked for 3 Nights from Expedia.

A wonderful hotel near everything!

An excellent stay. We came here last minute after another hotel didn't honor our reservation. We loved staying here. The staff was excellent, laundry service was great, wifi worked well, and AC worked. The walk-in shower was nice too. We can't overstate how great the service was. The only thing that was a downside was that the AC sometimes went out, but it's Nigeria so this is to be expected. That said, it lasted much longer than at our previous hotel in Calabar. It is my only suggestion for the property; to work on consistent power. 10/10 would stay again!

Fantastic Hotel. Although I'm not sure why they don't have a signage. Check in was fast, the room was spacious, clean and all the facilities worked perfectly. The staff were friendly and helpful.
