「Room was nice (1 bedroom suite). Gym was dysfunctional, breakfast was subpar, amenities were breaking apart, internet was super slow. The staff were very kind and helpful. Room service food was too oily.」

「Service was poor. In a two night stay, I had to move rooms three times. When I checked in, I realized that four our of the eight bulbs in the room were dead. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance to replace the bulbs. How does a hotel not ensure that the bulbs in their rooms are replaced.
