“THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! On the drive to the place, I called Royal Paradise Apartment to let them know we were on our way. The person who answered the phone immediately told me that we do not have any reservation. He did not ask my name or reservation number. How would he know if I had a reservation or not if he did not know my name?

“We booked via Hotels.com and even got a receipt confirming the payment but when we got there, the reservation was not there. They gave me the room but had to pay again then chase the refund from hotels.com. Staff were adamant they are not listed on Hotels.com.
