「Ottima struttura in una vecchia casa padronale, 5 camere curatissime e diverse tra loro, piene di oggetti di varie epoche e culture. Servizio impeccabile, ottima colazione, parcheggio privato in strada. Piacevole soggiorno.」

「Really enjoyed my stay. Excellent hotel situation for me once located. Hotel and room very clean, loved the room and balcony. However I found the mattress uncomfortable as were the meager pillows. The forwarded information , how to access keys were incorrect and had to wait for the establishment to forward correct info whilst standing around outside, that was stressful. Eventually once I settled in my stay was on the whole really enjoyable .」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Beautiful aparthotel. Very quiet, excellent service with Cathy. Room cleaned and fresh towels almost daily. Cathy was very helpful in advising us where to go, about the area etc. No pool at the property. But sea and natural pools on the doorstep 」

「Struttura ben organizzata, pulita attrezzata. Qualità, convenienza e cortesia . Posto molto tranquillo a 10 Min da Las america e Los cristianos. A 5 minuti c'è la Lidl molto utile. Il personale molto serio e disponibile. La zona comune è molto comoda e attrezzata di tutto per eventuale colazione,pranzo ,cena. 」

「For a 1* pension hotel the room I had as a solo traveller was superb ! Good sized room, sink, fridge, and balcony was just perfect. Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower. Raphael and Carlos keep the property spotlessly clean and do a great job. I highly recommend Pension Alcala, but its best to try and book a room with a balcony 」

"酒店很漂亮，占据了绝佳的位置。缺点是房间里一瓶水也没有。晚餐好一天，差一天。早餐的食品除面包外，大多品质都不够高。我还吃了变质的玉米粒，全吐了出来。整体服务还不错。"
