Very pleasant stay. Friendly staff, very accommodating, clean and recently updated rooms. Very nice designs and everything working well. Great price for what we got. There is construction in the building as they are still renovating rooms but it did not bother us when sleeping. View is amazing!

The views and room were stunning! However the valet and hotel staff were rather rude. My fiance doesn't speak Spanish, but I do, and some staff members would get upset when I'd ask them to repeat themselves. It just made things a little awkward.

I loved that was by the beach in the middle of the city easy access to city transportation 12 pesos pp. Beach had glass and garbage, needs to be clean up. I didn't see anybody from the hotel cleaning the beach. My bathroom stinks like sewer water day and night.

Being a frequest flyer I can compare and to me, this hotel was overrated. It was wheelchair accessible (as it should), ordering food from room service was much better than the buffer and much cheaper. The most important, the hotel didnt have any entertaintment for children or adults. Few pools, the beach and expensive paid water sports, like Jetskies, etc. For someone who will stay more than 2 nights it can get a bit repetative. Also, parking its not free, get ready to pay for that, wether its included in your booking or not, ITS NOT FREE.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel with great amenities. The breakfast buffet had excellent options, and the pools were fantastic—we really enjoyed them. The hotel was very clean and worked well for traveling with a partner or children. The only downside was that the power kept going out during both the day and night, which was inconvenient. Aside from that issue, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was a great time. I had a late flight and they quickly gave me options that varied depending if I wanted to spend extra money or not. Very kind team. Even though they are still in repairs from the hurricanes they made my stay wonderful. Definitely would stay with them again.
