"The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There are lots of places to walk to nearby in Acapulco but some of the streets were a mess and was covered in rubbish, litter, and spillages. The hotel itself looked not as good as the photos on the Expedia hotel listing. The metal fences sounded the hotel were corroded and rusty. The bedroom ceiling was covered in black mould.
